What was presented to me was detailed and professional. I chose Laurianne to list the house based on her knowledge of the area, and other similar homes, as well as her response time to my calls and texts. She was on top of everything involving the prep, listing and sale of the house. She was able to recommend top notch professionals such as cleaners, inspectors etc. She was honest when answering my questions and I felt very comfortable having her handle the many, many details of the sale. She has been amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Laurianne has certainly made a stressful situation surprisingly easy! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. I have to admit, she arranged for just about everything that needed to be done. She found the company to take out the inground oil tank and even met them that day for me as I was out of town. She recommended a great company to do the final clean out of the property, found someone to make some necessary repairs, arranged for someone to get the house fire prevention ready and suggested a great lawyer. She communicated very clearly every step that needed to be done and in what order was appropriate. She answered all my questions... and I asked many... with great patience and very clearly. The open house went without a hitch and a buyer was found within four days of listing with multiple offers to choose from, all above asking price. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out. Thank you Laurianne for an incredible job and for making this sale so much easier than I could have ever imagined!

ZillowVERIFIED Over a year ago we ran into a tough situation and we had to move so we contacted Laurianne but apparently the move was delayed. After a year has passed we decided to move so we contacted someone from her office to help us find a place. The person that we spoke to didnt really want to help us. She never send us the one listing and never returned our call so when I called the office Laurianne picked up the phone and when I asked to speak to that person, Laurianne knew who I was. What was so shocking was she remembered us and remembered our story and we were shocked that she still remembered.So we decided to go with Laurianne. Laurianne was so professional and very helpful we trusted her to find us the perfect place for us to live for the meantime. We have never been so comfortable with someone to help us in a difficult time that we faced. We knew a person like her was not about commission she actually cared and was so patient its felt like this was her hobby and passion. When we are ready to buy our dream home ,we would not hesitate to use Laurianne again no matter what company she works for. Its not the company that makes the employee is the employee that makes the company. Where ever she goes we will follow and we will recommend her to anybody and thats a dog on truth.
