Selling our home was more stressful than we originally expected, especially so because we were in a "seller's market". The buyer turned out to be really difficult, asking for asking for last-minute changes, dragging things out, and generally making things harder than they needed to be. Thankfully, we had Laurie and Vinny on our side! They stayed calm, professional, and focused the entire time kept us focused on the end no matter what curveballs the buyer threw our way. They also went above and beyond helping us prepare for open houses and being available for multiple visits to the house by the prospect buyer or even contractors as we moved out before the closing.
