Lauri was very professional with me at the same time being so very caring and understanding. I am a very young first time home buyer and Lauri made sure to slow things down and explain them in a way that I could understand. It did not matter what time I had a question , she was there to answer it! Lauri also found the absolute most perfect house there was for me. We had a very long journey with closing on my home (due to COVID-19) but she never gave up on me and was just as excited as me about finally closing on this house.
