Not the experience I was expecting. Initially, everything was going well when we decided to list with Lauren, however; it soon became apparent that we were not a priority to her. We had to follow up constantly to get an update throughout the process. It was also confusing who was our primary contact and who was responsible for what, adding more stress onto an already stressful situation. As first-time home sellers I was expecting more organization, communication, and transparency. She ended up securing a buyer and representing both ends of the deal (which we were aware of and was acceptable), however it ended up feeling like she was only representing the buyer, and not us anymore. Overall, it did not feel like Lauren was acting/advising us with our best interest in mind. I will be sure to do more research on the realtor we choose for our next move.

We had a difficult situation at hand: sell a house and close on another -practically on the same day. Like all real estate transactions there were plenty of things that could have gone wrong. Lauren used her experience to maneuver through every hiccup along the way; she had a great network of reliable help: lenders, movers, contractors, and photographers; most importantly she had patience during this emotional time. Bottom line: Lauren sold our house on time and at asking price. We purchased a home our new home with nearly 10 other offers on the house. No need for expensive storage. No delays. FLAWLESS TRANSACTION. Closings were back-to-back. The value added with having an expert realtor CANNOT be underrated. Lauren is an EXPERT in the Sparta/Andover/Byram markets.
