Lauren took over the listing on our 35 year old house during a difficult selling market, provided more practical evidence-based pricing information and guided us through three escrow processes due to the challenges presented by the age of the home (such as replacing a perfectly good tile roof because it was not insurable in our market). We were remote owners living 1200 miles away, and Lauren and her team took care of everything - great staging, arranging snow removal, finding resourses to address inspection issues and providing access to vendors for the needed work. We captured our full asking price and Lauren effectively negotiated an excellect deal for us. She was very responsive within minutes or hours throughout the process. Our virtual closing was quick and easy. All smiles here after a tough year in the challenging local market! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren!

Moving to another state is hard, on top of that the market seemed to becoming more turbulent but honestly nothing felt anything less than a storm while we were packing up our entire lives and leaving the home we raised our child in for a new adventure. We left behind messes, loose ends, chaos. Lauren took care of everything, she sold our home quickly and did so many things on our behalf which kept us from leaping off a cliff. When I look back at this time it was one of the most energizing (good and bad) experiences of my life, there were endless reasons to live in fear.
