One recent transaction I’m especially proud of involved a $1.39M home. I took a very strategic approach to its marketing, teasing the property and creating anticipation before it officially hit the market. I gave select brokers an exclusive preview at a broker’s open, which generated buzz and positioned the home as a must-see. That strategy worked beautifully—we secured a cash buyer within just 24 hours.
Throughout the process, we navigated a fairly detailed inspection report, but I kept everything on track, ensuring all negotiations remained fair and reasonable for both sides. My clients were thrilled with the outcome, and even though I wasn’t representing the buyer, they were happy too. It was a perfect example of how intentional, creative marketing and careful attention to every detail can deliver results that exceed expectations.
My husband and I actually started out as real estate investors. We wanted to manage a few rental properties, and through that experience, I realized how much I loved the business side of real estate—and helping people make smart, intentional decisions with their homes and investments. That led me to get my license, and honestly, it has exceeded all my expectations.
My previous career in PR prepared me exceptionally well for this role—I learned how to read the room, truly listen to clients, connect with people, and ultimately help make their dreams a reality. Pair that with my lawyer mindset, and I can handle not just the fun and exciting parts of real estate, but also the challenging aspects, contracts, negotiations, and advocacy, ensuring my clients are protected every step of the way. I’ve had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies, serving in C-suite corporate roles, and running my own full-service PR agency for 10 years.
