Lauren Shimmon

Lauren is a Chicagoland native and has experience in the Chicago real estate market since 2005. She has lived in several of Chicago's diverse neighborhoods over the years and currently calls River North home. Lauren's top priority is to provide her clients with superior market knowledge, care and attention throughout the home buying and selling process. Unlike most Brokers, Lauren hopped into real estate right after college obtaining her real estate broker's license while still earning her Bachelors Degree at the University of Illinois. There, she was a member of the Women's Track & Field Team and found the fast paced world of real estate was a perfect fit for hardworking and competitive nature. And she wasn't wrong - her hard work and passion for real estate was a perfect match and she has since earned numerous Top Producer awards over the years. As a seasoned agent, she has a keen understanding of pricing her client's property to sell averaging a sales price of 99.56% of asking price. Conversely, she has learned to really listen to her clients needs when purchasing which helps to achieve the ultimate goal of finding a perfect property and negotiate the best possible deal.
