She understood what I was looking for in a home, found one that checked all my boxes, and had the wherewithal to encourage me to move quickly because the house was not going to be on the market long (the seller received two offers after mine all within 24 hours of being on the market). Lauren helped me schedule inspections and attended them in my absence because of my travel schedule with work, and finally she recommended a painting company to have the interior done (which turned out absolutely amazing!!). I've been told by everyone that the home buying process is not supposed to be as easy as the experience I just had, but I fully contribute that to having Lauren as my realtor. Through it all, there is only one agent's name that will remain forever in my contacts: Lauren Serianni.Lauren assisted me in selling a property that I had owned for only nine months. I needed to sell the property fast, and was prepared to losemoney. She accepted the challenge, set the price, and sold the property in two days with multiple offers at over asking! And, I even made money! Her business knowledge - market prices, demand - is impressive; she knew exactly how to position the property to meet my requirement for a quick sale. Furthermore, she was aware of special factors that saved me money in closing costs, and referred me to resources from her own extensive contacts for a quick and efficient closing. Lauren is personable, works hard, and definitely knows real estate.Later, Lauren also assisted me in purchasing a new property. In this endeavor, I was initially outbid by another party and lost the property. But she stayed on top of things, and when that contract fell through she helped me close the deal for even less money than I had originally been willing to pay!My last statement is noteworthy. The higher the sale price of a home, the more money the agent makes, which - although a clear conflict of interest - is just how it works. This means that buyers especially have to rely on the integrity of their agent, and in my own experience I have found this can be sadly lacking. But I never felt I had to question Lauren's professional ethics; she is honest, and truly cares about how the transaction benefits her client more than herself.I have one remaining property to sell, and one to rent, and I will be contracting with Lauren for each.
