1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do your research. Choose an agent that works for you and fits your personality. Find someone who will walk you through the small details and make you comfortable.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The lowest commission isn't always going to be your best option. If an agent can't sell themselves to you, how can you expect them to sell your home? Do research, find a market expert, and choose someone who fits your personality.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite transactions was with a couple expecting their first baby. Their condo complex became unwarrantable (unable to be sold) last-minute due to past due HOA dues and when other agents would have given up, we door-knocked, called, and sent letters to other residents urging them to pay and got the deal done. They were so grateful, and that was so worth all of the extra work.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
On a whim, 20 years ago, I came to Arizona. I put my self through college and decided at the bottom of the market (post-crash) that it was time to get into real estate. I got my masters degree in real estate development form the W.P Carey School of Business and became a short sale and investor specialist.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
In addition to my masters degree in real estate development, I have over 15 years of real world experience. I am an Associate Broker and have been ranked #1 in volume for the past several years at my brokerage. It matters who you work with.
John Galaviz from the Rosin Team helped me sell a home after 3 days on the market for a price I never dreamed possible. He had vision, know-how, and most importantly, a highly developed and acute emotional intelligence that is rare in the industry. I can't tell you how many clowns I met with to sell my home. After a particularly discouraging meeting, I decided to get smart about my search and did a highly specific search with more discernment, and the algorithm lead me to the Rosin Team and John. And don't let looks fool you: he looks very young but has the business sense and intuition of someone who has been doing this for 30 years. Throughout the listing and transaction process, he kept me informed about key details without overwhelming me. There are always things that go wrong, but he took care of them in the background like a ninja and made the process exciting and fun. I thought it would be hard to sell our "family compound," but working with him was such a stress-free delight that I am nothing but grateful. Pam was a chance meeting. We stopped at an open house she was showing, and although no interested in it. Pam showed us another home in the same area. Our interest in it was luke warm with a lot of updates necessary. We parted ways. A few days later we wanted to view another property we had followed on the internet which was in the midst of a price reduction. As Pam had been pleasant we called her and arranged a viewing. We ended up having Pam make an offer on our part and eventually ended in escrow. Then Pams professionalism showed. The seller had required his title company (which appeared to rely heavily on AI - which proved to be at times redundant - and Pam navigated it all on our behalf. End result - We closed escrow.
