She offered great suggestions to have the house present well, but also understood the fact that we still lived in the house (with our 3 small children). In our opinion, she priced our house perfectly to get a great amount of buyers interested. If we had a question or concern she was quick to respond and help in any way she could. After we (quickly) sold our house we jumped into looking for a house to buy. We found a house quickly, thanks to Lauren's flexible and availability to show us houses. We actually looked at the house we bought in a snow storm and she was willing to travel out and show us the house. Lauren is knowledgable, friendly, kind, and a great communicator!!
