What stood out to me is that she doesnt just sell houses, she actively invests in real estate herself and does this full time every single day. Shes given me investment advice, helped me better understand the market, and I feel much more comfortable working with someone who actually has hands-on experience owning and growing investment properties themselves, both as an agent and on the lending side.

Lauren is absolutely amazing. No matter what issues or questions I have regarding homes (buying, selling, fixing, etc. ) she is always quick to help and extremely responsive. Words cannot even express how grateful I am for her. I always feel comfortable reaching out to her, even when years go by that we have interacted. She is always there and is always ready to help resolve any issues you may be having. She is such an awesome realtor and more importantly she is a truly wonderful person and I would recommend her to any person regarding house hunting or selling.

I cant say enough good things about VP realty. Lauren was excellent at negotiating and closing the deal when we were selling one of our properties. I appreciate her knowledge when we had questions in addition to how easy she made the whole process for us. If you are trying to sell or buy I highly recommend this company. Lauren and her team put their clients needs first!

As a first time home buyer I was lost on the process. Lauren was very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She was very helpful in negotiating with the seller for improvements. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and needing to be educated on the process. It's a very stressful time and she was nothing but helpful.

I had many challenges purchasing my home due to septic and other inspections to get approved for my VA loan. Lauren was more than accommodating, Even helping with setting up appointments For me because of my work schedule. This was my 1st home so I had a lot of questions. She was always quick to answer the phone, And if she didn't have the answers she would get them and call me back the same day. I am very glad I decided to work with Lauren made the buying process very easy And highly recommend her.
