ZillowVERIFIEDThis is a case where I wish there were more than 5 stars! I have benefited from Lauren's skills on both ends of the deal aEUR" buying and selling a home. Shes a professional who knows real estate and, more importantly, the stress involved in changing homes. She suggested service people, staged my home and made recommendations to increase it's saleability without spending money unnecessarily. (Beware - she might make it look so good you won't want to sell it, but the purchaser will love it as much as you do and that could mean a better offer!) She knows the perfect balance of patience and motivation (and it helps that shes funny!). The fact is, she went above-and-beyond my expectations in every single circumstance. I couldn't imagine having gone through buying or selling a home without her by my side. On a scale of 1 to 5, Lauren's a 10!

We were also selling in the middle of the pandemic. They made the entire process painless. They helped us get the house ready, staging it, finding all the people need to fix it up, and mee ting every worker at the home when needed. Many of the initial showings were virtual and they went to the home for every in person showing. We got 3 offers in 2 weeks, and they kept getting higher each time! ZillowVERIFIED As soon as I met Lauren, I knew that she was the realtor that I wanted to work with.She is very personable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to find out exactly what you want. It honestly took her no time to find the house that I ended up buying, because she listened to everything that I told her. (Believe it or not, that wasnt the experience I had with others.) Unfortunately, our deal took months. The sellers were a bit stubborn, only to be met with with the stubborn bull in my pen. She went above and beyond to find things out that would help me in this deal, or even decide if I wanted to go through with it. She was always upfront, honest, and willing to give advice. She had told me to keep looking around, just in case this deal fell through. A couple times I had mentioned something I had seen to her, and she would respond with, Yes. I know about that one. I didnt think you would want it because XYZ and she hit the nail on the head every single time. I was taken aback at how much she knew about the current market.If Zillow would allow, I would give 10 out of 5 stars. I would absolutely recommend Lauren.

She was 86 and the house had not been well maintained and changed little since purchased in 1955. It was loaded with stuff as well. The first realtor we met with wanted us to practically give the house away. It was apparent that she was not interested in listing the house. She had nothing but negative things to say. We felt despair and were at a loss as to what to do next.Then, to the rescue, came Lauren. She was our cheerleader. Where we only saw the bad, she saw the good. She took charge from the start and was so upbeat and optimisitic. She assured us she would sell the house and she did not fail us. She was so knowlegable about both the area and what we could expect to get. When she told us what to list the house for, I thought she was crazy. She was crazy, like a fox! Following her advice, we listed the house for 80k more than the first realtor suggested. Within a very short period of time, we had a viable offer and we just closed this week. It was smooth sailing from start to finish. She helpled with everything. She had suggestions for everything. She seemed to know everything! After interviewing over 8 brokers from various agency's I was so impressed with her ambition and marketing plan. She carries a proven record of success but still show the individual attention that I wanted. I was not a number but a valued partner. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very eager but not pushy. I felt totally comfortable with her and not intimidated. She valued my input and took time to answer any questions. She stays in touch and keeps me updated. Her marketing plan is like no other I had seen. With in one week a professional photographer had been to my house the house was listed and the home appeared on every website. She also uses a company to make a amazing virtual tour. I know as a buyer if I wasn't happy with what I saw on line I wouldn't even be bothered to go look at a home. Highly recommended lauren and her office staff including her wonderful manager Nancy were top notch. You could not do better.
