ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I currently reside in Utah we purchased a home in Wayne County North Carolina. We started looking early February we were pre-approved with a locked in interest-rate but we had 45 days to find a house, put In an offer, and close. We hit the ground running with Lauren. Wayne County North Carolina is 551 square miles. We must have looked at every house in that county and then some in between. Lauren was completely transparent in daily operations. For example we Would find a house online we really liked we would send it to her and ask her to go take a look at it and I know that pictures online can sometimes be deceiving from real world eyes on. And she would go look and then give us feedback as to approximate size color and shape of the home. She used video to show us the homes. This gave us a far better understanding of the homes and if we could see ourselves in them rather than a one Dimensional view through a photograph. We also used VA loan. My husband is a Vet and Ill be retiring soon so having someone who is knowledgeable was extremely helpful. She would navigate us through the buying process. Then after we closed she sent us utilities phone numbers. Everything has been handled long distance. We havent even officially met but she will be the first person I reach out to once we arrive.
