Before Lauren, my condo had been on the market with another agent for over 100 days with barely any showings and not a single offer. She is a go-getter, incredibly experienced, professional, kind, and truly advocates for her clients. She always explained what was happening, why it mattered, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. When we flew up to see homes in person, one of the houses she showed us ended up being the house. She negotiated a great closing cost credit for us and explained why that approach made more sense than simply lowering the offer price. Looking back, that advice was spot on. Thanks to her, we closed on our first home in Dublin on July 9th, and we honestly couldnt be happier with the outcome. She ultimately drained all of our equity doing unnecessary work in our home that didn't improve our add any increased value to our home. Our home was a 3-bedroom with a den and she listed our as a 4-bedroom 3-bath and once buyers saw the it was a lie we became stagnant and our home sat on the market with no interest. It was a mess and I wish we would have never trusted Lauren because we lost everything because of her.
