ZillowVERIFIEDLauren is hands down the best realtor Ive ever worked with! She took the time to really get to know me and my familys needs, asking thoughtful questions that no one else did. She knows the area inside and out and gave us great insight on every property we considered. She was patient, honest, and guided me through tough decisions when I was unsure. Her communication was excellentaEUR"always quick to respond to texts and callsaEUR"and she advocated for us every step of the way. Lauren made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and she cared as much as if it were her own home search. I was so impressed Ive already referred her to friends and used her to help my son find his first apartment. If you want a realtor who truly listens, works hard, and delivers results, Lauren is the one to call!

ZillowVERIFIED Lauren was amazing. She was extremely patient during my long search for the right condo in Florida. She was flexible with her schedule and worked around my visits from New York. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market. When we found the condo we wanted, she also referred us to a lender, and we were able to lock in an amazing rate. If we ever decide to move again, I will definitely rely once again on her expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Lauren Kahn is the realtor you want on your side. She is simply the best! I cannot express enough just how amazing she is. I highly, highly recommend her if youre looking to either buy or sell real estate. I originally found her as she came very highly recommended by others. Lauren is the consummate professional: -She is very skilled and knowledgeable in the field of real estate, and especially in South Florida. -One of her greatest assets is her highly skilled negotiation skills. I have learned how important this aspect is when it comes to buying and selling real estate. It was like having an attorney right by my side, when it came to her negotiating with the other agent on my behalf. She saved me so much money with negotiating the price of two condos I had bought. Lower and lower the price went - due solely to her extremely effective negotiating skills. She has damn good skills in the area. Youd be hard pressed to find others at this level of expertise. -Lauren has great social skills. This translated into me feeling heard, which made me feel well supported. And I needed the support, as we all know finding a new home can be stressful. And boy did she deliver. Her exceptional social skills also allowed her to find precisely what was looking for. She paid attention to the details. Poor listeners can miss details. Lauren didnt miss a thing. As a result, we were on the same page through the whole process. She was also sensitive to my needs and personal issues. Beautiful. -Lauren was working with me at all times of the day. She stayed connected, regardless of the time. She worked on my behalf consistently, and that was very evident. As a result, when I found the place I settled on, I was able to close fast. She ensured that it was a quick and smooth transaction. She reached out to countless people on my behalf. She made things happen. For me. This message is getting long, so Ill cut it short going forward. I could go on endlessly about how much I loved working with Lauren. So much so, that I'm now hiring her for the 3rd time, this time to sell my old home. You want Lauren on your side. Period.

ZillowVERIFIED Lauren is an excellent agent! She worked with us to find a home in a long-distance house search, in which she utilized FaceTime. Since we are moving from out-of-state, we knew nothing about the area and Lauren was so patient with us. She was thorough, very responsive in our communications, and professional. Her expertise and attention to details made buying a home long-distance so easy! We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for real estate in this area!

ZillowVERIFIED What a positive experience we had with Lauren! From the first time on the phone with her, to meeting her in person, and all the way until she helped us get the condo that we wanted, Lauren was superb. She was recommended, but it wasn't until we spent a lot of time on the phone discussing our needs in finding a place that we realized that she was the prefect match for us. We are very sensitive, and pay close attention to detail, in terms of tone, sensitivity, listening skills, knowledge, and ability to advocate. And Lauren displayed strong ability in each of these areas, even right from that first phone call. And each area was confirmed with each new part of the process. She did a fantastic job especially with explaining the details of the negotiations process, making it very easy to understand and with allowing us to make an informed decision with guidance. We knew we were in good hands. And that was demonstrated throughout our time with Lauren. We felt very comfortable with her, and she definitely earned our trust. And we have a condo that we absolutely LOVE. Thanks to Lauren. ????????????

ZillowVERIFIED Lauren has been an exceptional realtor for our last two moves. She earned every penny of our commission as our buying process was long and arduous. Lauren was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process as we were new to the area. She had great recommendations on trades people as well. If we were ever to purchase another home, we would definitely have Lauren as our realtor and will continue to recommend friends to her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but rave reviews for Lauren Kahn. As as soon to be first time home owner I was looking to buy a home in South Florida. I knew nothing about the market and additionally I wanted help to find a home while living in London, UK. Even though I was 5 hours ahead Lauren always answered my calls and text. Her eye for detail was amazing and I quickly came to trust her opinion and instincts on working to not only find the right house but also to get the deal done. The first house I fell in love with we lost but it was her advice that saved me from making costly mistakes in order to get the house. We stayed diligent and in the end we found the perfect house, with the perfect pool, in the the perfect neighborhood and I couldn't be happier. More importantly Lauren and I are still texting and doing brunches when I am in town.

ZillowVERIFIED I originally tried to look into my first house by myself, definitely a bad idea. I got in touch with Lauren K and was a Godsend. Lauren knows her stuff when it comes to buying, renting or just looking into options. I truly appreciate how attentive and alert Lauren is during what could be a very stressful process.

ZillowVERIFIED As properties owners as well as being both buyers and sellers, we met Lauren in the process of leasing one of our properties. We found Lauren to be absolutely the most effective agent we have worked with over the past several years. Her knowledge of the local market is exceptional in every way required to perform an outstanding service. We found she possesses a keen ability to listen to clients requirements and incorporate those in her searches which nearly always result in the type property being sought. Lauren always has a bright cheerful personality that is simply a pleasure to work with. We very strongly recommend Lauren as a true professional to work with regardless if for a buyer or a seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Lauren was extremely professional. She understood my need to stay within a price range when other previous realtors where trying to take me above it. She was always on time, understanding and did I mention within the budget I specified? She was helpful all the way to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED I just moved to the Ft. Lauderdale area from Chicago and was not familiar with the area at all. I was having a difficult time finding a suitable apartment that I liked and not knowing the area made it even more challenging. The process of finding an apartment is very different than that of Chicago and Lauren helped make it easier. She walked me through a lot of the steps, was patient when I was very impatient, and was very diligent and persistent about finding the right place for me. I would recommend her professional services and I would also retain her services again in the future.
