Lauren comes across as all business - locked in, knowledgeable about her geography and area trends, strategic about the impact of any real estate investment but equally strong in the tactics in getting a deal done. We are experienced buyers, having done so at least 4 previous times. If you are like us: doing rigorous due diligence, digging into details, assessing the real estate environment with balanced speculation, and making a move that bears some dramatic life impact, you want a partner that is steady, intuitive, insightful, and valuable.
