The offers falling through were never because of her lack of knowledge or anything she missed it was either the seller being untrustworthy or myself being to picky which I am and I aEURoeresearch everythingaEUR?. Lauren had so much patience with my husbands outlandish request and my never ending questions. She was more than our realtor, she was also our therapist lol and our friend. To all my friends and family I recommend that they use lauren because I know she will treat them the way I would with love and patience, always looking out for their best interest. Even with this world pandemic going on Lauren was always looking out for our best interest without being asked too. Looking for ways to save us money and get the best deal while keeping us safe from fees and sketchy sellers. We finally closed on our home with the sellers agent being brand new, first home ever trying to sell and did not speak a word of English.Lauren doesnt speak Spanish lol but was so determined to get us our home that she went through the extent of doing most of the work for the sellers agent without hesitation and without making any extra money. This girl works! I would send her emails at 1 or 2 in the morning and she would respond immediately! I couldnt have imagined a better person to trust with such an important milestone in our families life. To sum up in a couple words Lauren is hardworking, patient, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. She deserves a raise and vacation for everything she had to endure from our sale lol we love you Lauren !!! Thank you for everything !

Even after her job was complete, I was still having some issues with the listing agent. Lauren continued to help me and resolve the issues even though she was not getting compensated. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure that I got not only the best place for the best price but also that I had a good ecperience. I am a ?do it yourself? kind of person and was not planning on using a realtor to find my home, but I couldn?t be more happy that I found Lauren and looking back I don?t know what I would have done without her. 5/5 for everything and I will definitely be calling her again for my next place.
