Full story: I honestly don?t think there are enough positive words in the dictionary that can explain how awesome Lauren is. My wife and daughter came out to the Highlands Ranch area to visit and browse the area from California (No surprise), and we connected with Lauren on a Friday evening after requesting some info on a house we liked. We were able to meet at the house the next morning, and while the house was not what we expected, we chatted with Lauren about what we wanted and what we wanted to see in the area, and she took us to see about 5 more houses that day. It was such a great learning experience about the area, and an even better experience learning from Lauren. As a family that would be transplanting to a new area we wanted to know as much as we could about the area, aside from just the homes. She has incredible knowledge of the area, including schools and family activities, and that was really the selling point of the area for us. While we didn?t find anything on Saturday, we sent Lauren some other houses we wanted to see and she scheduled the next day for us and showed us 5 or 6 more houses and we ended up finding the one we loved. As new buyers, we literally had no idea what the process is. Lauren was so knowledgeable about what the process would be and really helped us go through the process. I can easily say Lauren went above and beyond anything that was asked or expected of and we are incredibly thankful for the experience we had. If there was an option for more than 5 stars she would get that. Thank you so much, Lauren and for anyone that is looking for an amazing person to be your realtor, she?s the one!

She has great communication skills and is quick with her responsiveness to any and all of our questions. She understood our desires and must-haves in a home and although we found the home we ended up purchasing, she was there through it all with us! She stayed on top of the questions we had and kept us informed with each date for inspection, appraisal, etc. I would recommend her as a realtor when buying!
