Review I worked with Lauren Flannery to buy my first house. I went in knowing next to nothing and asked her probably more questions than she liked but she always helped me out with everyone. She made the house buying experience really easy. She was never pushy and was always looking out for my interests, even after 6 months of looking. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Review She is an amazing agent! I would recommend her to anyone. I definitely saved her contact info for future use. I strongly recommend using her for all your home buying and selling needs. She had me closed on my house in about 2 weeks; from sending me a listing everyday to the closing day Lauren was very responsive and took our needs and wants in to consideration and changed the home search parameters almost immediately. She explained every process in every step of the way to the fullest and made sure the next steps were explained and prepared for.

Review Lauren was our listing agent for selling our former home, as well as our buying agent for finding a new one. She helped us stay positive through difficult times and was always available when we needed advice or wanted to see a home, even on short notice. She was an invaluable asset. I would recommend Lauren to anybody. If we ever decide to look for another home she will be the first person we call.

Review Lauren helped make our home buying dreams come true! I never would have expected the level of service that she gave to my family. Lauren went so above and beyond with making sure I felt comfortable (I was a very anxious customer). She was always in communication with me and gave great advice! During the pandemic I was quarantined for two weeks, and Lauren went to the home we had a pending purchase on to finish painting and cleaned up paint chips left behind by someone else so that we could get to our closing date faster! I felt heard, respected, and cared for during the entire process. I would recommend Lauren to anyone and everyone, shes been a true blessing to our family and we will always be grateful for her extraordinary care!

Review Lauren knew the area and type of house we were looking for, and did not try to get us to look at homes she knew we weren't interested in. Her #1 goal is to find the right home for her clients. Making a sale is #2. She truly has her clients best interest in mind.Lauren also was the listing agent on our home, and received offers over asking price in just 3 days. She gave us tips for preparing our home for sale, and even offered to help us with some touch-up painting. There was never any pressure from her during the selling of our home or during the house hunting process. This girl is a go-getter and will not disappoint!!

Review After two failed listings with another company, we chose Lauren and company. Immediately we got showings and an offer shortly thereafter. COVID19 bs made it difficult to finalize but as soon as Ingham county could approve the drain field plan, we closed.

Review Highly recommend. Quickly responds and easy to work with. Was not a big fan of the mortgage company that was referred to me but not her fault. Would go back to her again and refer family/friends to her as well.

Review I had the pleasure of working with Lauren on the purchase of a house. I live out of state and Lauren made the process so easy! She was always immediately available to show property. During the buying process, she took it upon herself to get quotes on the repairs that came up during the inspection. Lauren stayed on top of every step during the process and ensured the property closed on time.
