ZillowVERIFIED In late Spring, my husband and I decided to put a deposit on a 55+ property and made the much-dreaded decision to put our home up for sale. We contacted 3 local Realtors, with Tricia Kiddie of The Dickerman Team being one of them. Although we connected well with all 3 agents, Tricia stood out. She presented herself as knowledgeable and hardworking, and we immediately found her to be all that, plus very personable and someone we could work with. We felt good with our choice of Tricia to sell our home. She assured us she would work long and hard and do whatever it took to help us achieve the results we were looking for. And, that is exactly what she did. As a result of Tricia?s efforts, 40 potential buyers visited our home in the first 4 days on the market. Tricia was in constant contact with the buyers? agents and kept us informed at every step. After announcing a deadline of 10am on the 5th day, we received 6 offers, all over our asking price, with 4 cash offers. Thankfully, friends referred us to our listing agent, Julie Powers, who was perfect every step of the way. She really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted, and she handled everything - including the hiccups of a crazy market - seamlessly. The day our first offer fell through because of indecisive buyers, she had a new offer in hand. The SAME day. Anything we needed, any question we had, she and the team took care of us. Until working with the Dickerman Team, I hadn't understood the value of a team approach in real estate. Now, I completely understand. Because each member has a specific expertise, the Dickerman Team made the selling of our home as painless as could be. A big part of that was never having to wait for information or for things to be finished. Now, we're on the home buying side of things, and again, I'm happy to be working with the Dickerman Team. Our showing agent, Annabelle Swan, sends us properties, including those that haven't hit the market yet, and has already shown us a few houses. She is bright, pleasant, and incredibly helpful, responding quickly and helping us to get information or see a property ASAP, which is of course crucial in the current market. We also rest easy knowing that when it comes time to actually buy a house, we will have Errin on our team... and, I'm sure, others to help us wrap up that settlement. I don't know exactly who that will be... and at this stage, I don't have to know. Ultimately, that's the beauty of working with the Dickerman Team. I don't have to stress over the road ahead. They have us covered.
