I can say only good things about my experience working with Abby Daniels at the Coulter and Castillo group. As a first time homebuyer, I wasnt familiar with the steps to buying a home, and Abby took the time to explain every detail of the process right from the beginning. She walked me through the early stages of getting my search set up and getting preapprovals, and was with me through what turned out to be a long search for my perfect home and all the way through the finish line of closing on the perfect house. Abby was always responsive and flexible with her schedule even for last-minute showings or evening phone calls to answer all my questions. She listened attentively to my wants and didnt try to influence my search parameters like some other realtors I spoke to. When I had an offer accepted on a house with a complicated situation, Abby went above and beyond doing her due diligence to learn about the situation and make sure that I was protected and knew as much as possible about what I was getting myself into. Despite the drawn out and complex situation, Abby remained patient, kind, and committed to what was best for me. When that ultimately fell through, at no fault of Abbys, she was happy to continue showing me houses and never became frustrated about how long it took me to find my dream house. Abby was always happy to provide trusted recommendations that I used on multiple occasions, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. Its clear that Abby cares deeply for her clients and will go out of her way to make their home buying experience a good one. I cant recommend Abby enough, and I feel very fortunate that I chose her to guide me through buying my first home.

I wouldnt have wanted to go through this process with anyone other than Christi and her team. As first time home buyers, Christi was great at explaining every step of the process and having our best interest in mind at all times. Shes not a realtor whos just there to unlock a showing for you, she combed over every square inch of potential homes with us. She caught step cracking, back drafting on the water tank, potential sewer issues, local occupancy inspections, you name it. Her experience really gave us a full picture of what may be down the road of potential options. We first started looking at houses a couple of years ago and ended up taking a break. She was so patient with us and I never felt pressured or rushed in any direction. Over a year later we came back to Christi because she proved to be the best and only option wed want to go with. Her late night. Now were setting into our first house making it a home; thank you Christi!!
