Lauren made our buying process smooth as first-time home buyers. She is knowledgeable about the home purchase process and worked well as the liaison between us and the selling agent. She is very friendly and upfront about what to expect. While she was unable to be there during the initial walk through of our home, she did make sure another agent provided coverage so that we could see the home we eventually purchased. My only constructive criticism would be that she could be a little more proactive with home leads. We sent listings to Lauren on what we wanted to see, and she responded accordingly instead of vice versa. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Lauren.
