ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start off by saying everyone on the Laurie Dau team are amazing. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren. We can say she is the most amazing, kind, hard working real estate agent we have ever met. She went above and beyond to find us our dream home and no stone was left unturned. She was patient as this journey took greater than 6 months and submitted multiple offers. She never once gave up on us, she was determined to find us our forever home and always maintained a positive attitude. Lauren we personally want to thank you for everything! We have gained an amazing agent but more importantly an amazing friend.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure of working with Lauren of the Laurie Dau team as our buyer agent. Being a busy couple, we needed to balance work and time to find our dream home. On our own, we have searched and looked for houses in real estate websites but will end up with several marketing emails, random calls, and tenacious sales agents following up without regard to our space and time. We have found Laurie Dau team in LinkedIn and all I can say was that we should have engaged with them much earlier and save us the trouble. As soon as we engaged with Lauren, everything was a breeze. She works that we get the best value for our money, she provides guidance and opinion on a property regardless if we love it, with an intention that she looks out for our interest. The team overall is very organized, professional, and communicates effectively. We are very happy we found them.
ZillowVERIFIEDLauren Brandle was simply amazing everything you could have wanted in a realtor. I am out of state and she has totally gone out of her way to help me with everything I had to do!

They both were readily available for all of our questions and their knowledge of the current market both for selling and buying is remarkable. Amanda was awesome with keeping us on track with all of the paperwork and due dates for everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell aEUR" their team is just amazing!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Laurie Dau Team is amazing. My realtor was Lauren Brandle. She was and is very responsive to my calls, emails, and text messages no matter what time of day or night I contact her. She would immediately try to get showings and had many suggestions for our needs. She is a great negotiator and never hesitated to research and ask the rest of her team for input when necessary. Once our offer was accepted the team including Amanda Kim, was very informative and handled everything needed all the way up to settlement including last minute obstacles. I would highly recommend the team to anyone wanting to purchase a new home.
