She kept our best interests at heart although a quick sale would have been nice as we had already moved out of state, and it was Winter. She is a hard worker and great communicator. Kept us in the loop with the negotiations. I definitely recommend Lauren if you want someone who will get the job done for you in a caring & efficient manner.

She was always available for showing us new listings, helped negotiate new contracts and got back to us very quickly, but more importantly understood what we needed in our new house. Lastly, Lauren cares about you even after you buy your home. Our water was shut off by the previous owners and she called her personal plumber to get it inspected. A great realtor and an even better person.

There were many issues and questions that developed over the scope of the project and she addressed them quickly and professionally. I also needed outside service providers to help get my home ready and to help with the move, painting, plumbing, inspections, etc. She had them available in her virtual Rolodex.
