When we bought our home, Laurie helped my husband and I out. She just knew what we wanted and did not rush us at all. Fast forward now, we called Laurie and let her know we were ready to put our house on the market and she was quick about giving us an estimate sheet and breaking down all the costs. My husband and I moved out of state before the house was put on the market and Laurie was able to help us out with whatever we didnt get to before it was put on the market. Laurie also kept us updated everyday if she did or didnt hear anything from the buyers. Laurie was just our girl! She made everything so smooth and easy.

Wow! Talk about knowing your business! Laurie took me on a journey from a showing to a closing in 6 weeks!! All at a better price than I thought would be possible! I can't sing her praises enough. Once we found the house I wanted there was another offer which she not only ensured we could still be in the conversation but that we would be the seller's focused option. She walked me through a very successful negotiation with the buyer, even gaining unplanned concessions for new appliances.
