ZillowVERIFIED Lauralee Green is a superb real estate agent. She is thoroughly familiarwith all the procedures for a sale, and she walked us through everydetail. She was in nearly daily contact with us on every step. The sale ofour home was a long and difficult process, and she remained diligentthroughout. The sale started with a cash buyer with a firm offer beforethe home went on the market. Several external circumstances delayedescrow, and 4 days before close, the buyer was forced to withdraw forpersonal reasons. Lauralee then had to get all the necessary paperworkready to put the home on the market. The estate sale was delayed,winter weather and power outages intervened. We moved out of state in the middle of packing due to an immediate wildfire evacuation order, and she had to do her job plus handle many clean up and preparation details which should have been handled by us, the sellers. She was thorough, courteous, and supportive throughout. She went way beyond what I could have asked of her, and we are very grateful this arduous process was in her capable hands. We bought the lot from her 20 years before. We had casual contact with her over the years, and then she sold our dream home for us this year.
