We worked primarily with Jody, and I was consistently impressed with his eye for detail, responsiveness and connections to other professionals in the community. We owned a house in Lillinton, which we had been renting out for a few years after moving away. When our tenants left, we decided that it was time to sell the house. Since we lived in another state, we feared that this would be a painful process, but Jody went above and beyond our expectations and took care of every detail - helped us get a landscaper to straighten up the yard, took excellent pictures that truly showed off the house and its charm, and constantly communicated with us, responding to every question we had very quickly, day or night. ZillowVERIFIED She was unable to sell our house for us but that is not why I give her a low rating as housing market is not within her control. She is pleasant to speak to on the phone (when you are able to get her on the phone) and she does reply in a timely manner for the most part however I found her to overuse texting as a means of communicating even with important issues regarding price and offers which should have been handled on the phone if not in person.She has frequently been unclear when explaining certain processes or contracts, leaving me to repeatedly ask for simpler, clearer explanations. Her gauge on the housing market was off by at least $5,000 resulting in almost immediate price fluctuation shortly after listing our home. She did not "go the extra" mile in her efforts to sell our home. I have done business with many other realtors, brokers, and agents as well as having a few in my own family that were more proactive. We had to solicit the help of others in the area to check on (minor) things that should have been done by her.I would not recommend her to anyone else. She is unprofessional and seems to lack experience.
