Question 1

1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Accepted Answer

Get pre-approved early and decide what matters most to you in Park City: ski access, proximity to Main Street, schools, golf, or year-round mountain living. Inventory in Park City, Deer Valley and Promontory moves quickly, so it pays to tour with a local agent who knows HOA rules, nightly-rental restrictions, snow load and wildfire considerations, and how each neighborhood holds its value. As an ABR® Accredited Buyer's Representative, I help buyers compare communities, write competitive offers and negotiate inspections with confidence.

Question 2

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Accepted Answer

Price it right from day one using current Park City market data, prepare the home with professional photography, video and staging, and reach the right buyers. Many Park City buyers are second-home and out-of-state purchasers, so I market listings locally and through the global Sotheby's International Realty network, social media and luxury portals. As an SRS Seller Representative Specialist, I focus on pricing strategy, presentation and strong negotiation to protect your bottom line.

Question 3

3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Accepted Answer

I work with luxury buyers and sellers, second-home and vacation-home owners, investors, first-time Park City buyers, families relocating from out of state, downsizers and upsizers, and clients buying ski-in/ski-out condos, mountain estates, golf-community homes, new construction and land in Park City, Deer Valley, Promontory, Kimball Junction, Heber Valley and Salt Lake City.

Question 4

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Accepted Answer

I recently represented an Old Town Park City luxury home on Daly Avenue, just steps from Main Street and the ski resorts. We built the marketing around the lifestyle — walk-to-ski access, historic Old Town character and proximity to dining and events — with professional media and exposure through the Sotheby's International Realty network. It's a great example of how telling a property's story attracts the right buyer.

Question 5

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

Accepted Answer

I moved to Park City in 2001 and worked for luxury resort developments, including Pivotal Group – Promontory and Talisker Mountain Inc., before launching my real estate career with Summit Sotheby's International Realty in April 2013. Combining resort-community experience with a lifelong background in entrepreneurship led me naturally to luxury mountain real estate.

Question 6

6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designations, studied at the University of Utah, and am a licensed REALTOR® in Utah and an Associate Broker with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty in Colorado. These designations focus on buyer advocacy, seller pricing and negotiation, and resort and second-home transactions — exactly what Park City clients need.
