After restating the original request for information, Laura was going to get additional information and call back. Never heard back from her. Lack of follow-up on a potential opportunity is a big red flag in my book.

You can imagine our anxiety when we decided to build our first home all the way from Alaska. She was so wonderful on updating us throughout the process of our home being built. She listened to our wants and needs and made sure we got just what we wanted. She worked with us on the time difference and even went and wrote scriptures on our drywall Per my request. She really went above and beyond. Thank you for making building a house thousands of miles away a more smooth process!

Automated email responses and took forever to return phone calls if at all. Laura was absolutely amazing from the start. Everything had a personal touch to it, as if it was just as important to her as it was to me if not more so. She worked tirelessly to find the perfect track of land for me. We were surprised that my phone started ringing almost immediately after we requested to see a house. From the moment we talked to Laura on the phone we fell in love with her! She was always very eager to help and went out of her way to find the perfect house that had everything we were looking for. She was very flexible with scheduling times around our work schedule and my husband?s traveling. We are very happy to say that she found our perfect house. She happened to be looking for a house in that area for another family so she reached out to a For Sale by Owner. While she was speaking to the seller, she instantly thought of us and what we were looking for. She talked the seller into working with her, scheduled us to look at the house, and before long we had placed an offer. She made our experience so wonderful that we have already decided to have her sell our other house for us since we have decided that we dont want to rent it. Laura has the best personality and is very determined. We not only now have a great Realtor and the perfect new home, but we also have a great new friend who we know we can trust.
