She was extremely responsive and available across the board.For selling our home, she gave us clear and frank guidance for how to prepare the house to be listed. We never felt unsure of what to do or how to put our best foot forward. Her communication was outstanding. The buyers of our home did ask for some fixes around the house and she worked through all of it with us. Selling a house is a lot of work and not a lot of fun but Laura made sure that it went as smoothly as it possibly could. For buying a home, Laura made it a priority for us to find the right home. There were a couple times we were getting discouraged and considered just settling on a house that was good enough and Laura convinced us not to and to keep going until we found the best home for our family. We are so thankful for that! She was also extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in reviewing homes, what was concerning or not, and even approximate prices for fixes or updates. She offered excellent, expert advice without ever being pushy. Finally, we know there were a couple times in the whole process where we dropped the ball and made things more difficult than was necessary. Throughout it all, Laura remained extremely professional and always very kind and positive. You would never know that we were difficult based on her interactions with us! One of the reasons I think she is so effective is that she is extremely responsive to text, email, phone calls, etc. She also had a really good understanding of the market and knew how to price my house right for a quick sale.
