ZillowVERIFIED I had been interested in the Laguna Vista area for several years and when the timing to move from out of state finally seemed right, I lucked out and found Laura. Her consistent follow-up and communication made the difference for me. She assisted me in buying a home, site unseen as I could not make down to tour homes. In addition to the photos that were on the listing, she took videos of the home while I was on the phone with her and answered questions. Once the decision was made, she expedited setting up the inspection and was on top of all the details to close. Having trust is a huge factor when buying long distance. Laura has gone above and beyond to help me with questions Ive had to get to know the area and providing me local referrals for shopping, medical, etc. She knows the area so well. I love my new home and area and so grateful to Laura for making it happen. I highly recommend her for long distance and local real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura made the process of buying my retirement home simple and fun. She was very flexible with her schedule, which is very important since we were coming all the way from Dallas each trip. Some how she managed to work within our crazy schedules. She was very speedy in her responses, when we had questions or concerns and was very pleasant every time we connected. I enjoyed working with her in her very relaxed and casual way. She is NOT a high pressure salesperson! It's more like shopping with a friend or family member. She was very knowledgeable about the community and the homes she showed. I will recommend her to my family who will surely fall in love with Laguna Vista as much as I have!!
