Laura helped us sell our first home while moving into our aEUR~forever home and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. As always, contemplating and completing a move was filled with stress and competing thoughts. We had two young kids, we arent big DIYers, we adored our old neighbors, we were considering renting vs. selling our old property, one of us had more interest in a move than the other and the list goes onaEUR| Laura navigated all of that with expertise, care, compassion and a lot of hard work! A fantastic experience. To back up a little, we first met Laura over 10 years ago due to events in the local community (basically free Santa pictures is how we first saw it) but then quickly realized if we ever needed a realtor, we should absolutely talk to her. It was a tough decision but we switched from our first realtor who was a close family friend as we felt Lauras familiarity with the local area would be key. We werent wrong!
