Laura Randall is awesome! Shes smart, competent, energetic, kind, compassionate, and an all-around lovely person. We live far away from her area and found her on YouTube. We contacted her about a property we found online, and she immediately offered to attend an open house there. Not only did she attend, but she made and emailed us a great video of everything at the site. We contracted to purchase the property but unfortunately had to terminate for personal reasons; however, Laura was invaluable throughout the process in negotiating the deal, keeping us apprised, resolving issues, dealing with the title company, advising us on everything, and even attempting to convince the sellers to refund our earnest money deposit. We did travel to her area, and shes equally awesome in person! We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate.
