We took a few breaks from looking along the way as interest rates went up and we had a baby, and she was very helpful and understanding every time we needed to take a break and then pick back up again. She has a good eye for elements of a house that an inexperienced home buyer may not see - like have the windows been replaced? Is there good drainage in the yard? Etc. As a first time home buyer, I knew enough to be dangerous, but nowhere near as much as I needed to know. Laura walked me along every step of the way with the patience of a saint. She offered to help me however she could and even assisted in getting key activities scheduled and helped everything from our initial contact to closing was as smooth as possible. While any real estate agent can show you houses and tell you the basics (e.g. aEUR" living on a major street is going to come with noise and difficulty reselling), Laura provided incredible insight into each of the areas I looked with hard data and anecdotal information. While my entire experience with Laura was fantastic, one part truly stuck out to me: her negotiating skills. Laura not only saved me money (in a competitive housing market), but also saved the entire deal when it started to fall through. She worked with the sellers agent and the seller to make sure everything was perfect in preparation for closing the deal and closing on the house. Laura saved me time and money! Overall, I cannot recommend Laura enough as an agent. She should absolutely be one of the first agents you interview in your home purchasing or selling process. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Laura to explore properties in the Dallas Fort Worth area at 8pm, granted. As a starting investment property firm, we typically work late so it is easy for us to lose track of time. Initially, I called and received no answer, which was perfectly fine. Laura then calls me back a few minutes later, I greet her as nicely as possible and explain why I am calling. She then proceeds to say "You're an investment firm, calling at 8pm? Yeah, not interested" and hangs up on me. I understand I called outside of traditional business hours but as a real estate professional, it isn't uncalled for to be available or work late. However, I do not understand why she called back, just to be rude to a perspective client. She could have easily said, "I'm not working right now but I can call you back at 9AM" or not called back at all. I get the impression from this interaction that she will not go above and beyond for her clients and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This review has been two months overdue but time flies when you are busy enjoying your new home. We bought our first house with the help of Laura while living in a different city, and we visited Dallas only once in the entire process! Eventually, we bought our house without ever seeing it in person because Laura helped us understand every little detail about it via detailed recorded videos and video calls. Laura is extremely hard working, fast, efficient, and honest. Communication was easy, and she was quick to respond to our emails, texts, and phone calls. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Laura patiently helped us understand everything. During the house hunting period we had to go on an international trip. It just so happened that we saw the listing for our house during our trip. We called Laura and asked her to visit the property. Saw everything over video calls and decided to put down an offer. Laura worked through it remotely with us while we were on a different time zone in a different continent! She is that efficient. We put our trust on Laura and bought the house.
