About Laura Monteleone

I began my Real Estate career as an Investor when my husband and I moved to Florida 7 years ago. We wanted to venture into owning rentals and other opportunities. After moving to Central Florida in 2017 and having two toddlers at home I decided to shift my focus to Residential Sales. I am enthusiastic about real estate and the future of the market!

We would not hesitate to recommend Laura. Her dedication to us was one beyond anything we experienced before. She was always responsive, and professional, she advocated for us in every step of our home purchase. Her knowledge and skills really shine! We are so grateful for everything she did for us through this journey. Having her guiding us, and by our side made us feel confident in every step of the way. Thank you so much, Laura for all you did for our family!

We found Laura by chance and it was all up from there. She always made time to respond to our questions and if she did not know the answer immediately, she found it expeditiously. She was unbelievably knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, provided multiple top rated school recommendations (which is a must for our family), and was just a pure pleasure to work with. Laura will be our realtor for every purchase possible. Thanks again!

Laura is INCREDIBLE. In such a crazy market right now, she made first time home buying easy and comfortable. We had a ton of questions and she patiently answered each one making sure that we understood exactly what was happening, what the process entailed, and what the next steps would be. She was always accessible, at all hours of the day, never hesitating to go over something again, write up offers, or schedule showings. Her communication was a 15/10, which was HUGE for us! It made the whole process just that much easier. Laura listened to each thing that we wanted in a home, and the things that we didn?t, and always considered each one when showing us properties which made us feel that she was truly invested in this process with us, and that our wants and needs mattered to her. Overall, she created a wonderful experience for us and found us our first home. We are so grateful for her knowledge and expertise and could not recommend her highly enough!!
