Laura is INCREDIBLE. In such a crazy market right now, she made first time home buying easy and comfortable. We had a ton of questions and she patiently answered each one making sure that we understood exactly what was happening, what the process entailed, and what the next steps would be. She was always accessible, at all hours of the day, never hesitating to go over something again, write up offers, or schedule showings. Her communication was a 15/10, which was HUGE for us! It made the whole process just that much easier.
