Laura is very professional and responsive to requests and questions. She has extensive knowledge of the Carson Valley. I have had people tell me that she is the best relator in the Valley and I would agree with that. She sold our personal residence for us and after 28 days had two acceptable offers.

Laura Moline at RE MAX Realty Affiliates in Gardnerville, Nevada gave a lot of her time and energy helping us find our first home. She was always professional, personal, patient, and available. Laura had her hands full with us. Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and an exponential learning curve. Laura was welcoming and approachable; she has an abundance of local knowledge, and expertise in everything from what to look for in assessing and buying a home to the offer and closing processes. She spent over half a year with us, showed us over 20 different homes in many different neighborhoods near and far, did hours of research and provided information on homes we were interested in, conducted a few virtual home walk throughs (when we were physically unavailable), and helped us with three different offers and the final closing on our first home. She maintained her patience with us when we would change our criteria or ?must haves? in our first home. Laura walked us through every step of the closing process, lined up inspections (with help from her daughter Monica, also an amazing and knowledgeable realtor) and maintained prompt communications with the title and mortgage companies all in the time frame we asked to close in, we had our keys within three weeks of the offer being accepted. Laura also had a professional relationship with the lender we used and during our home research, offers and the final closing they remained in contact with each other. Even after our house closed, Laura maintained a relationship with us and ensured we had everything we needed, she provided names and numbers of utilities and repair technicians, and the next steps for moving in and getting established. Laura was very professional, personal, and empathetic when our few offers were not accepted. She always had a smile on her face when greeting us, and it was clear she genuinely wanted us to find the house that made us happy and did not hold back in sharing information on each home we looked at. We respect and admire her as a person, mentor, and realtor. We are very fortunate to have her help and feel like there is absolutely no pressure to reach out with questions even after closing on the house. We cannot say enough great things about Laura and will certainly steer people her way if they?re looking for the best in the business!

She also went above and beyond to make sure that my condo was well-prepared for showings and marketed effectively. Laura was very knowledgeable about the local area, helped me decide on a good strategy for selling, and sold the property very quickly. She handled the sales process very well, and her after-sale help was invaluable! Since prices are going down, she advised to set a reasonable price to start with rather than hoping for a miracle. Sure enough, my place sold quickly. And the nearby comp that had a higher price took 3 times longer to sell, and eventually sold for less than mine. Thanks, Laura!
