ZillowVERIFIED We located Laura through a referral when we were relocating from Connecticut to Texas. We made the decision to build a house and Laura took us to every builder in the area we selected. Once we selected the builder she accompanied us to his office to sign the paperwork. During that visit Laura stayed with us as we chose our homes feature and negotiated upgrades for us. While we were back in Connecticut for 6 months waiting for the house to be completed she regularly sent us pictures and video as the build progressed. She has a winning personality and becomes a true friend in no time.On the night we were to close on the new house, we were in her Las Vegas office signing documents when a problem arose. The escrow company (located in Los Angeles) began demanding more money down, and various other changes without the knowledge of the seller - despite the fact that everything had been agreed to in writing. Laura swung into action. She spent the next 2 hours fighting for our original deal. After many phone calls to Los Angeles, and finally reaching the seller, she was able to save the deal with no changes, and we were able to proceed with absolute confidence and no further worries. She had been there with us until after 12 am!As far as we are concerned, Laura Mitchell can do no wrong. She is loyal to her clients.
