Laura was an answer to my prayers. She was understanding about my situation and found a way to help me sell my house. We had a contract 2 days after it was listed online. I actually received more than what I expected. She made herself available to answer questions ad quickly as possible Laura is a professional and knows how to market the properties she lists. I would highly recommend her to family, friends and friends I have yet to meet.

ZillowVERIFIEDLaura came to us at a point where we had started to run out of options. It only took one phone call to convince us that listing our home with her would be the best decision we ever made......and we were not wrong. Our home was in a remote location and we had gone through many ups and down in the process of finding a buyer. Laura poured her heart and soul into finding new and unique ways to reach out to a wider buyer market and she made her promise come true. We were able to sell our home within a few months and Laura provided invaluable support throughout the process and acted as our trusted agent and friend since we were already out of town. Thank you Laura for making our dreams come true and for being not only an amazing real estate agent but also a great friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura made me feel very comfortable with this experience considering it was my first home purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and was ready and willing to answer all my questions. She was ready and willing with advice but allowed enough space for me to make the decisions. She allowed me to set the parameters and gave honest opinions on the houses when I asked. I highly recommend Laura if you are in the market for a new home. You will not be disappointed with her knowledge and down to earth attitude.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura was extremely pleasant in all our dealings, unquestioningly professional, had an excellent knowledge of the market available, and was dedicated to client satisfaction. Our only problem was that she liked donuts as much as we did, and most of our meetings tended to be at the Blackbird Bakery (most excellent "conference" room)! She was not the least bit intimidated nor anxious as we picked through the various pros and cons of the wide variety of properties she had chosen per our changing ideals and was not the least bit intimidated by our questions, moving quickly to get us the respective answers.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is great at what she does! She put up with me looking at multiple houses and was always there with a smile her face. After finding the right home she went to bat for me over the repairs and when the home owners feel through on a repair she got me a year home warranty to help cover and any future issues. I will be looking to go with Laura in the future! No one else will work harder to make sure you are happy with your purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura did a fantastic job of helping me find my first home. She was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions that a first time buyer like myself would have and was available whenever I needed her. I contacted her after she helped a friend of mine and his fiance find their first home and I'm glad that I did. She was awesome throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura made our home buying experience one of the most enjoyable times of our life. When we first contacted her, I don't think she knew what she was signing up for.you wife and I are relocating from Oregon to Tennessee and Laura is the only person to have seen our house. She did detailed video walk throughs, in depth analysis of neighborhoods, and painted a clear picture for us on what to expect. I know that as long as I am in the Tri-Cities that I will never use another realtor. Thank you Laura!!

ZillowVERIFIED As my family has relocated multiple times, it was refreshing to meet someone who tried to sympathize with our needs. Laura took her entire weekend to show us numerous houses in the city we eventually bought and even nearby cities. After a long 14 hour drive home, Laura called us about 2 more houses she had in mind. This showed me the personal side of her work. She kept in touch regularly and we appreciate her professional quality in this and had a great experience with Laura. If you are looking for that professional touch but need a personal regard as well, Laura McMillian is the realtor for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura Mcmillan is amazing! She was always prompt at answering all my questions. I love how we did everything through email. Her office is about 45 minutes away from us so it made signing things much easier. She was very knowledgeable and professional but made me feel like she was more of a friend than client. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Very nice and very upfront about the homes she's showing. She won't pressure you into buying a house you don't like even if it checks off the things you want. She's very good at making sure you get what you really want. We must have looked at 30 houses and she was never upset with having to come out and show us another one even though we were really indecisive.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura McMillan worked hard to make our home selling experience a pleasant one. We were able to sell our home in under four months due to her diligence. From offer to closing Laura guided us each step of the way. She answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and willingly researched more challenging questions that we put to her. She responded quickly to our requests or concerns and remained patient, when we were unclear on various realty issues. Our home did have a few repairs noted in the inspection report, and Laura helped us locate certified, reliable and effective professionals. We were moving six hours away, across the state, and we wanted to ensure that the buyers would feel encouraged and secure about their purchase. Laura made that happen. We would heartily recommend Laura to anyone who wants a realty professional that offers a personal touch. She knows her business and excels in client, as well as realtor-to-realtor relations.
