ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Laura on the Dave Ramsey website as a top realtor in the area and since we were moving here from another state it was nice to know that she knew the areas we were looking to buy in. When we met the first time I just knew that we were going to get along, it just all clicked. I was on Zillow morning and night looking at houses myself and when I found something that we wanted to look at she had an appointment for us asap. What I liked about her most is that she was very up front and honest on what she thought was good/bad about any property. That was very helpful for us since it had been 15 years since we had to shop for a home. I cant thank her enough for helping us find our new home. We are very happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is an absolute gem of a real estate agent! As first time home buyers, she made sure we took our time and taught us everything we needed to know about buying a house. Laura was excellent with communication, and she was on top of everything needed to close - from inspections, to lending and surveying topics. We couldn't have asked for a more world class agent!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought/sold quite a few properties in my lifetime, and Laura MacDonald is hands down the best real estate professional I have ever worked with! If you are looking for a high level of responsiveness, attention to detail, in-depth real estate knowledge, and personality plus, you will absolutely LOVE Laura. She helped us purchase the villa we fell in love with at a time when the buyers were receiving multiple offers. Her expertise won us the deal at the best price. We are forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give a million stars for Laura, I would! We randomly met Laura when we requested to see a house through Zillow. We had met many other realtors in the past but we knew that Laura was the agent for us after we met her. We could tell how hard working she was. She was also very personable, kind, knowledgeable and honest. She is experienced and shares her vast knowledge and expertise throughout the buying and selling process. She helped to find us our dream home. We couldnt be happier with Laura and our experience. Laura is now not only our trusted realtor but our friend too. Thank you, Laura!

ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional is the only word required to describe Laura and her services. She drives objectives with a passion and after 2 months of interaction with her, we feel she is part of our family. She goes above and beyond her role as a realtor and uses her personal influences to get what you want in a deal or any changes you want in the house. Very methodical, very reliable, very dependable, very personable, like I said, she is exceptional in all aspects.

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last three years, my wife and I have had the privilege of Laura representing us on six separate occasions for buying houses and getting us top dollar for our rental portfolio. Hands down, Laura is the best in the business. Laura is the epitome of a servant leader/professional and does an incredible job of helping us reach my investment goals. Laura is dependable, efficient and consistently puts my needs before her own. She is also extremely helpful for catching things we don't even know to look for. Buying a home can be stressful but Laura makes the process so much simpler. Laura is a pleasure to work with and is the only realtor that we'll highly recommend to everyone we know looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

ZillowVERIFIED It is our immense pleasure to recommend Laura MacDonald of Keller Williams Realtor a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were comfortable in our two-bedroom apartment with our kids, but once they became older, our apartment became grossly inadequate and small children need a safe outdoor space. We needed a larger home with a yard and fast!Laura had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented and quickly helped us find a variety of homes for sale in the locality we were looking for. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. A master with the contract negotiations, Laura came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. There is nothing that escapes Lauras attention when it comes to property for sale.We found Laura to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day within few hours. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We are pleased to recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents. Our sincere thanks to both aEUR" Laura

ZillowVERIFIED Laura MacDonald is SUPERB! I purchased in Irving, Texas while still living in CT -- not once was I nervous about being so distant physically. I flew in, we saw multiple properties, narrowed down and made decisions by the end of the day. Smooth sailing from that point to closing day. She was responsive, professional, energetic and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I knew I could place 100% trust in her. A year later, I LISTED and SOLD my property for top dollar using her services. Throughout the entire year, we communicated regularly. If you're looking to RELOCATE, call Laura - you have everything to GAIN and absolutely nothing to lose! #BestRealtor #DFW #Irving

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is truly THE BEST. She never made us feel crunched for time, like some realtors do, or like we needed to hurry up and settle on a house. She was patient, and highly proficient in helping us find the perfect home for us, in the perfect neighborhood, with the best neighbors. Any problem that arose during the escrow period was handled professionally, and we knew from day one that she had our best interest at heart. Laura even had our home cleaned for us before we moved in! Cannot say enough great things about her. She and her team are of the highest caliber in the business and kept us informed and on track every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Initially, when we first decided to put our house on the market, we were looking at another realtor. She was one we had used before and did a good job. However, because of our need to sell our home immediately, we found the realtor to fall more into a more traditional category of realtors and seem aggressive enough. We decided to meet with Laura to see if she was able to offer anything different considering our situation. We found that Laura's approach to real estate sales was different. She utilized methods that were "out of the box" thinking. We found that she used methods that were cutting edge in order to broaden the scope of her client's home reach and she included lots of extra features for the home sales process that most realtor's just don't do. Throughout the process, she was our advocate. She was responsive, honest and confident every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been an amazing experience working with Laura. My girlfriend of two years and I were in the market for a rent house. We tried finding properties on our own and had a very difficult time finding anything. Laura was introduced to us and we couldn't have been luckier to find her. She treated us as though we were the most important clients she had. Everything time we needed something she got it done immediately. In a very short period of time she was able to locate the perfect rental house for Casey and I, and it was spot on with our budget. We plan to rent for the next 2-3 years and I cant wait to work with her when it comes time to purchase our first home. Thank you Laura for helping Casey and I find our first home. You are part of the family now!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is absolutely a delight! We found her online through one of those services that sends 3 realtors to choose from, and she called us right away! From the moment we "met" on the phone, she made us feel completely comfortable, so we looked no further! On our 2-day marathon house-hunting trip, Laura was able to move us through the listings efficiently - reading us very well and understanding very quickly what we liked/didn't like. That made things so easy. She is also very observant - so when something didn't seem right or we were overlooking something important, she quickly pointed it out. We were in a 3-offer situation on the home we wanted, and her no-nonsense recommendations to us ended up getting us the house! We are thrilled! Laura is HIGHLY recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Laura two years ago when we moved from Ohio to Dallas-Fort Worth area. We hit the ground running immediately thanks to her. She spent time to get to know us to find the perfect house. We currently rent our home, but when we are ready to purchase, we will work with Laura. If realtors participated in the Olympics, she would win the gold medal.
