I decided I wasnt ready to give up my home yet but knew that I would use Laura when the time came to sell. I never saw or spoke to again. Early this year I decided to relocate to Mississippi and the only call I made was to Laura to set up an appointment in my home. She gave my some tips on things to take down and I followed her directions. My house went on the market and within 24 hours I had my first offer which was full price. In the next 24 hours I received two more offers all over the asking price. Within 48 hours I accepted an offer that was $16,500 over my asking price. I had dealt with her in the past and she was a decent realtor however I think now if the property isn't worth a ton of money she doesn't even want to deal with it. So if you're not looking at $400,000 houses you may want to choose a different realtor.
