ZillowVERIFIEDLaura was the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She was very professional and had the answer to every one of my questions. She was very prompt in handling any hiccup that came along with the selling of a property. We had to sell our property from over 400 miles away but she was still able to make the experience pleasant and hassle free. Our property sold very quickly and at asking price. She is probably one of this nicest people that Ive ever met and I wouldnt hesitate to refer her to family and friends. Thank you Laura for all that you did for us. I'm very happy that we chose you as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura helped me buy the most expensive property so far in my life. As my first time living in the country, she knew about all of the things that I had little idea about, such as the well and septic. This ensured that the property was completely livable with no surprises. Laura also was tough on my behalf when the seller and I didn't see eye to eye. This made sure that I got what I wanted and the deal went through.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start? Laura Eklund is our go to Realtor since 2016 when we hired her to sell our home. We had a very unique yet difficult situation but she handled all that with such professionalism and ease. We hired her after interviewing many Realtors including one who I had worked with for many years and had bought homes through as well as my family and friends. Not one of them even came close to what Laura had to offer. After she closed that deal like a Boss, we vowed that she would be our Realtor for life. We have referred many friends/family to her and we also just bought our family home which we absolutely LOVE. I have been in the real estate market for the past 16 years and Laura has surpassed all of the professionals I have ever worked with in the past. Things that every Realtor can do is, write up and offer and get you in a contract. The REAL work starts when you actually do get into contract and you really need a Realtor who has your best interest at heart and the "Art of Negotiation" is the cutting edge difference between Laura and others I have worked with in the past and have heard about from many many friends and family. Laura's knowledge and skill to negotiate to get her clients the BEST DEAL possible is just worth taking a note of. She also has so many amazing contacts for people in related fields that she can save you a headache and not forgetting save you money :). We personally were able to save so much going with her recommendations after shopping around myself. She is simply amazing and still keeps in touch. She is an amazing Realtor but an even better person. Thank you for all you have done for us.WE LOVE YOU LAURA.The Singh Family

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Laura in October of 2018. Looking for our first home we were overwhelmed and stressed by the process. From the first meeting with Laura she took control and guided us in a way that was easy and actually fun! Laura recommended the best professionals throughout our process (shout out to Mark Fulton). She kept us laughing and looking at the bright side of every situation. When we found a home we loved Laura was on the ball and even saved us a significant amount of money! You can expect Laura to be there for you all the way, always on top of communication, extremely professional, and loving. We feel like Laura is family to us now, well never use another realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a fantastic real estate agent, then Laura is the one for you! We hired Laura to list and sell our rental property last year. Timing was of the essence because we needed to sell fast or we faced a pretty large capital gains tax. She was able to get the home ready to list quickly and got us the number that we were looking for. She has a professional photographer who took amazing pictures and I think really helped us get a lot of interest in the house. She even came over and helped us paint the backyard patio! Laura is an extremely hard working and was always very responsive to our phone calls, texts, and emails. She has had us come out to a few client appreciation events which were a great touch. I would highly recommend contacting Laura if you are thinking of buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is the boss. She does a great job and is trustworthy. She is insightful and knowledgeable about how to price a sale and how to execute a purchase. She was able to provide me with high quality guidance and a lot of help on a real estate transaction. She was not my agent nor was she the selling agent but next time she will be.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thankful Laura came into our life. She was a blessing during a hard time. We lost our home to foreclosure and we had been renting a friend of a friends home for a few years. It was time to leave our rental and she helped us find our 'New' home. She was kind, patient, and a great listener. She heard everything we said and was patient through all our 'nope this isn't it' homes. No other way to say it, but she's nothing short of amazing. Thanks Laura!

ZillowVERIFIED The seller was rude and deceptive, failed to disclose defects, the inspection person failed to note obvious defects in the house. The handling agent for the seller was less than honest. Laura handled the situation like a true skilled professional to a successful conclusion. She kept me informed every step of the process. I greatly appreciated her effort and wisdom.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura helped my wife and I buy our first home. From the moment I met Laura I knew she was knowledgeable and the agent I wanted helping us. The process from the start was enjoyable. We felt she truly listened to and understood our needs and wants, gave us internet access to begin looking for homes we wanted to see, as well as putting together listings she felt were a good fit. Laura was always on time, looking professional, and offered to drive us around in a comfortable clean car. She was constantly available to show us homes we were interested in, and very prompt in returning phone calls and texts. At the time it was a seller's market with multiple offers being submitted on each home and it was nice to have Laura's expert guidance in the negotiation process, and to know our best interest was always at heart, and that she was straight and honest with us in her encouragement at times that we may need to increase our offer to be competitive. After being out bid a few times on homes we really liked, Laura spent much time on the phone with me, helping me to stay patient and positive that with her help we would find the right home. After about six months of searching and searching, we found the right house for the right price in the right neighborhood. Laura helped negotiate a great offer that worked for both us and the seller in very little time. She coordinated inspections and walk-throughs with vendors in a simple and timely manner, knowing we were so excited to get into our house. Laura worked tirelessly for us for months and demonstrated such professionalism all along the way. We enjoyed very much our time house hunting with Laura, and she was true to her promise. We love our new little perfect house and have spent the last year and a half making it our own, and the perks and services of working with Laura do not end at closing. At least monthly, we get some kind of gift, helpful advice and tips in the form of an email or letter, and so on. It was a pleasure working with Laura and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell. She is not only now our realtor, but a good close friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I have know and worked with Laura for the better part of ten years. I have never seen a real estate agent work as hard for her clients as Laura does. Laura is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to current housing trends, she's also very customer service oriented. But the bottom line when buying or selling real estate is getting the deal done, which is what Laura excels at. If you're looking to purchase a home, or have a home you would like to sell, I would not hesitate to recommend Laura.

Laura was so wonderful staying on top of our criteria of home and area that she made each trip up worth our while. Her knowledge of the area and ins and outs of each community kept our time spent looking efficient. Laura's expertise of the process gave us what we needed to find the perfect home for us within our budget and in the perfect timing for closing. She always makes you feel like a VIP client and her uplifting spirit is an encouragement to get through the stress of house hunting. She also gave us a referral of a realtor with her same professional work ethic to sell our home in Stockton. By the time our transactions were complete, Laura feels like family. I would highly recommend Laura for your Realtor needs.
