ZillowVERIFIEDLaura is the best agent ever and weve dealt with many previously. Her extensive knowledge, business savvy, and excellent communication made us feel as though we were always in the best position throughout the entire process. She was always on top of everything and went above and beyond at every turn like getting a few new roof estimates, gathering cost estimates for insurance, and encouraging us to lower our initial bid based on her experience in this market. She directly saved us time, money and stress with all of her actions and input. We will definitely use Laura on any future real estate transactions and highly recommend her to everyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura was extremely easy to work with, her communication was second to none. I live in Pennsylvania and was selling a property in Melbourne Beach, as you can imagine I was expecting some logistic problems, to the contrary it could not have been easier. I believe we listed the property on a Thursday and by Saturday that same week she was holding an open house. Beginning to end the entire process lasted just over two months with Laura doing all the work, it was completely stress free for me. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the greater Melbourne FL area. I consider this to have been the best and easiest real estate deal of my life. THANK YOU LAURA!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have bought and/or sold real estate in four states and have had dealings with realtors in two others. Over the years we have come to expect little from realtors and have seen them as little more than a necessary evil. That all changed with Laura Dowling Roy. From the day we first met with her, she exhibited only professionalism and a knowledge of the market that was incredible. Frankly, she seemed to know which house we would buy before we did, but didn't push. After months of periodic looking, vacillation on our part, and viewing almost every house for sale in Melbourne Beach, we purchased the first house she had shown us two months earlier. Then she worked to smooth the road to obtaining financing, and handled a realtor on the other side who was trying to wreck the deal because they had received a better offer after accepting ours.Lara's knowledge and professionalism, her integrity and warmth make here the ideal realtor. Without a doubt the best realtor we have ever met. You can't go wrong working with Laura.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is nothing short of amazing! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and always has your best interest at heart. She showed us countless properties as we went back and forth between renting and buying (literally for years). She never once made us feel like we were a burden and always made sure we knew the ups and downs to each home we looked at. Her knowledge puts her ahead of the rest! Additionally, when deciding to move forward on a house, she gave realistic recommendations for negotiating. Thanks again Laura for your countless hours and hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura was a joy to work to work with. She was personable, knowledgable and available. As this was the first home we were purchasing in Florida and on the beach, she educated on the area and what to be aware of relative to construction and neighborhoods. Laura thought out-of-the-box during negotiations which helped us to obtain the home we were searching for. I would highly recommend her as an agent. I do not believe you could find an agent who knows more about the area than she does.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura sold our home in Aquarina and she was a pleasure to work with. She lives in Melbourne Beach and knows the area very well. The terrific reviews of her on Zillow lead us to call her initially and we were impressed when we met her. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura helped me and my wife purchase a new home in Melbourne Beach, FL in November 2016. Being new to the area and unsure of what to buy - condo, townhouse or house - Laura listened closely to what we were looking for and showed us each style. She played psychologist expertly and made us realize a single-family home would work best for us and knew the neighborhoods and house styles which would best accommodate our wishes for lower HOA fees, a maintenance free yard, many windows, and a community pool. She continuously scoured listings, kept us apprised of what was available and always made time to take us to our future dream home. Laura's approach was refreshing - she did not hesitate to find flaws or issues that escaped us during home visits and we never felt pressured. I felt she genuinely wanted us to find the perfect home and not just sell us on any property. After selecting the home, Laura negotiated us a great price. Best of all, she knows the best inspectors and contractors in the area. Laura came through in negotiating post-inspection repairs as well, getting the seller to agree to all of our demands. Most importantly, Laura is a "real" person who made us feel as if she were a good friend we had known for years. While I know we have found our final, permanent home, if I won Powerball tomorrow and could buy a second home I would be calling Laura again!

ZillowVERIFIED The level of service we received from Laura was off the charts. She kept us informed every time a new property meeting our criteria hit the market. When we had time to look at these properties, she made time to show us. It didn't matter what day of the week or what time of day, she worked around our schedule. Laura worked with our family until we found the perfect new home. It was a pleasure working with an agent who truly loves what she does. You can tell she loves her job. Always a smile and always a positive attitude. I have already recommended her to my friends and will continue to. Just a great experience overall...Thanks Laura!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Laura because she was more responsive than other buyer agents we had met. Responsiveness is key. Once we got to know her we realized she knew the history of the market which gave us comfort in choosing the right property. Unlike most sales people, she shows tremendous empathy for the stresses associated with a major purchase. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We were very happy we hired Laura to be our realtor. We had to move out of state before our house sold so we relied on her to manage the property. We were very happy with how she handled everything and kept us updated almost daily. We have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the Melbourne area :)

ZillowVERIFIED We really put poor Laura through the test finding our fantastic beach Condo in Melbourne Beach. Living in Tampa we would drive over to the "East coast" on a weekend and Laura would show us home after after home...it wasn't until year TWO of this tedious "abuse" by us that she found EXACTLY what we wanted. Laura would not let us just settle on anything out there. She KNEW what we really wanted and found it for us, negotiated a fair deal (actually, at the time, a fair "steal") for us. Virtually everything done over the phone, email and a handshake at the end, and we were done! Laura was raised in the area and obviously knows what's out there and can sift through the fodder and get to the gold, as she did for us. We chose to use Laura because of her local area expertise. Now she is our property manager and works diligently to keep our unit rented when we're not using it. IF and when we do sell (doubtful, as we plan to retire there!) we would use Laura to list for us.Randy PattersonWesley Chapel, Fl

ZillowVERIFIED Laura knows Melbourne Beach. We have purchased 2 properties using her help in he past 6 years. One of which was not even on the market when we were looking. She just "knew" the owners wanted to sell. I was very impressed by her knowledge of current market value in the area. Since we moved to MB from another state - her knowledge and expertise of the local area was invaluable. She remains our realtor of choice!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I first contacted Laura about 10 years ago when we were looking for a tenant for one of our rental units. We were very pleased with the service she provided and decided to make her our exclusive agent. In early 2014 we bought a home in Melbourne Beach. Laura was very patient with us as we looked at many houses before finding the perfect one. Since it was a short sale, we relied on her expertise to guide us through the process. Laura is a very hardworking, experienced professional who knows and understands the market very well. She has a great attitude, is honest, very personable and a very good communicator. She takes a real interest in her clients and is sensitive to their needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura was awesome! She knows her business inside and out. She has a great team to help her and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In our case, not only did she sell her home, for more then we were asking, she also helped us purchase our next home. She is local to Melbourne Beach and knows all the ins and outs of the town. It didn't matter whether it was a phone call in the morning or a text at night, she always handled any problem that arose and was extremely helpful in the whole process. ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Laura through a referral that has used her for many house flipping projects. He spoke so highly of her, how she works so hard for her clients, is on top of things and focuses on the individual client, needs and desired result. We found the perfect house at the perfect short sale price one block from the beach in Indialantic. She navigated us through the short sale process bidding process and advised us on an offer price based on the property. We were accepted by the bank and we worked through that process together to have successfully moved into the home within a few months, what a relief to get settled. We have bought and sold many homes in the past but never a short sale, her extensive knowledge in all areas and especially this situation was such a blessing!
