ZillowVERIFIEDLaura and her teammate Tiffany are incredible and I would use them again with zero hesitation. They are professional, timely, wise, responsive and thorough. We were listing a home at the very high end of the price range in Hamblen county. They met with us before hand to discuss their nationwide marketing strategy and also help us understand how to prepare our property for sale. They arranged for professional photos and videos resulting in high visibility and interest. For each showing they were always early, and prepared. This was key as the buyers realtor , Laurie D, from Remax was 45 minutes late to the first showing and 20 minutes late to the second showing. They stepped in and showed our home to the prospective buyers and answered all of their questions. They sold our home in less than 3 weeks when there was a 10 month inventory. All through the process they kept us informed and managed every detail promptly. We highly recommend Laura and Tiffany. There are lots of realtors to choose from. These two are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Laura came highly recommend to me, as she had helped my sister buy a house previously. As a first-time buyer I had quite a few panic moments that Laura was able to talk me through. She was very responsive to every phone call, text and email and explained each step of the process in as much detail as I needed. I was an out-of-state buyer and there were multiple times that she went to houses with my sister and did video walkthroughs so that I could get a feel for each house. I would definitely recommend Laura, her frank honesty, extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and easy accessibility made the whole first time home buying process much easier.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor! After speaking with her about selling, she promptly visited and gave recommendations on how to prepare to list. She was very quick to communicate and patiently answered my questions, sold my house quickly and got above asking price. She has been great to alert me of homes that I may be interested in, sets up a showing quickly, and regardless of the number of homes I have asked her to show, she has been great! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of town sellers. Laura made great recommendations about staging, minor cosmetic repairs and everything else related to getting the house ready remotely. She had access to great people to get the prep work done. Once listed, we were under contract in just a few days to a great buyer. We were able to close in less than 30 days from list. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any type property in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED My home was on the market with a different agent for almost two years. I switched to Laura after she described her marketing process to me. The house sold soon thereafter. Because I was living out of state, Laura went above expectations to help facilitate local issues. I truly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, I'm compelled to go with a low rating based on the results we experienced. Listed our house with Laura Dickerson, Re/Max Real Estate Ten, Morristown, TN. for a year and a half in three 6-month terms. Laura is a very nice person and easy to work with but her method of selling our house failed to produce a buyer. The total result over 1-1/2 years was one lowball offer in the 18th month, $65,000 below the formal appraisal, $40,000 below the asking price. Large move-in-ready custom home in desirable lake front community listed during a robust housing market. Re-listed with a different agent at the same asking price and immediately saw about a 10X increase in traffic and showings. Six weeks after re-listing we had 2 good offers in hand, one for full asking price and the other close. It seems that the house was not the problem. Our new agent provided written weekly reports on activity including buyer feedback on the house. He exhibited a sense of urgency to secure a buyer and a focus on getting us the most money for the property. He was able to articulate a pricing strategy and provided us with useful advice to avoid problems throughout the sale process. He maintained excellent communication with all involved so we could quickly craft an agreement and move towards the closing. He frequently contacted me with questions about the house on weekdays, weekends and evenings to get info for other agents and potential buyers. It was obvious that he was spending time each week working specifically on the sale of our house and that real estate was his full time job. The 18 month exercise with Laura cost us over $30,000 in carrying costs ($1,700 + per month) for utilities, taxes, insurance, interest, and the burden of weekly maintenance on the building and grounds, all on a house we were not living in. Laura's failure to deliver left us with the added problem of a house that was viewed as less desirable because it had been on the market too long. Much of the initial prep work we did at the onset to get the house ready for sale had to be re-done over the year and a half to keep it fresh. A very frustrating and expensive experience, paying all of the costs and doing the maintenance month after month with seemingly no new actions, ideas or urgency from Laura to get it sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura was available whenever we needed her. When she said she would follow-up, she did, and quickly. Her vast knowledge of the area makes her a valuable asset, especially for those relocating from out of town. She understands your needs and will not waste your time showing you properties that don't fit. She knows everybody, is well-respected in the community and is an excellent resource for local services once you find a house. We would highly recommend Laura!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I looked for the right house in the Waynesville and Maggie Valley area for a long time. We decided we needed to find a better market area. I was a picky buyer and Laura was very patient. She showed me houses full-time for several days. When my wife got free to look, Laura showed us a house first on my list, then she showed me a house on her list, and we bought it. It was more than I had expected for the price. In other market areas, the house would have been worth two to three times what we paid. Laura went out of her way to make some calls for us, that helped us with the move to our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura helped me sell my family's home place after the loss of my younger brother. It was an extremely difficult time for me. She was so very helpful and such a resource for so many things that I needed. I cannot imagine having worked with a better person. I am grateful for all that she did for me. I live out of state, and I knew that I could count on her to monitor the property after I had to leave the state.

ZillowVERIFIED Laura has been so helpful and always answered our calls day or night when we had questions. We have bought one house through her which we did not see ourselves, only on line. We were living in Wisconsin at the time. She went through it for us and gave my husband all the details he needed. We now have sold this house through Laura which was sold in 3 days after she put it on the market. She has been patient with us looking for our next new house and takes us where ever my husband has found one for sale on line. We would recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED We have gone through 6 different realtors in East Tennessee. -- finding Laura was a blessing. Unlike many realtors, she listens, understands what goals you are trying to achieve with location, space, finance. She never once pressured us into something we weren't interested in, and always had advice on how to overcome any shortcomings in a home. Laura sold our house in record time and negotiated an excellent deal. One of our biggest pet peeves is a realtor who slacks on follow-up and paperwork. Laura was so diligent, we are pretty sure she doesn't actually sleep at night. She knows the area and local people inside and out. You'll be pleased to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED In short, my wife and I enjoyed working with Laura. We would use her again and would recommend her to anyone. She has grown up here and knows a lot about the area. This was extremely helpful in driving around a new town for a relocation. We talked to her on the phone numerous times before meeting face to face. Once we first meet her she was then able to take us directly to houses that might meet our needs. Once we chose a house, she was then able to immediately get a home inspector and termite inspection set up.
