ZillowVERIFIEDI originally did not know if I could do a first home purchase myself or use a realtor but I'm glad I did and lucky that Laura was recommended to me from a mutual friend. I could not have estimated the sheer amount of work that went into the process of advising me, finding properties, organizing tours, getting the mounds of paper work together and making sure I had contacts with good lenders, attorney, home inspector etc. Laura was extremely organized, always immediately answered my questions, and fought for me when it mattered. On top of all of this she really gained my trust by advising me on bids and there were times where she said I should bid lower. I would think a realtor would want me to put in a higher bid as it would have a better chance of finishing the process and it would = more commission, so when Laura told me to bid lower it really showed that she was looking out for my best interest.
