She had great recommendation which towns to focus on even though we weren't exactly an easy case: three kids of very different ages, three different schools to consider, work, commutes, and all the other pieces that somehow had to fit together. Laura understood what mattered to us and helped us find the place that was right for our family. One thing we especially appreciated was that we could trust her to tell us what we needed to hear, not just what we wanted to hear. She would point out defects in houses we were excited about and caution us when something didn't feel right. During recovery from surgery we asked our dear friend and realtor Laura Coutts to come by and help us decide on a next project for our 73 year old expanded ranch in Mendham Borough. Following a thorough tour and fun conversation, Laura suggested some updates and mentioned maybe feeling the market to sell as our children were grown and gone. Laura introduced the 3 point sales system that Compass utilized and it sounded like a reasonable way to dip our foot in the waters of selling. I swear she doesnt sleep! We had just had a baby, so we were texting her all hours of the day, and she always responds immediately! Questions? Concerns?
