My husband and I used Laura as our agent to buy our new house, and sell our old one, and the experience couldn't have been any better! She guided us through every step along the way, was super patient and responsive with us (answering many texts and calls), and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the whole process. Our house was under contract in less than 24 hours after going on the market. And she made sure that we got the house of our dreams! We had a tight timeline between having to leave our old house and move into the new one. Laura was on top of everything, and made sure there were no complications or last minute surprises that would interfere with this schedule. Bottom line - things couldn't have gone any smoother! Hopefully we don't move anytime soon, but if we do we would definitely use Laura and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

Laura was amazing. We hired her after our first real estate agent didnt even get us a single offer in 6 mths. Two weeks on the market with Laura and we got 2 offers. Laura is a very conscientious and responsive agent. She took the time to listen to our needs and desire to find a colonial style home in a quiet neighborhood, with enough space for our golden retriever to run, and walking paths right outside our door for us to walk. We love our home here in Columbia. The people are great and the surrounding area has beautiful large trees and the landscaping is gorgeous in the spring. The entire real estate end-to-end process went through without an issue. Laura handled all the negotiations, paperwork, and was our advocate during the closing. She is a true professional and an oustanding sales agent. We plan to move back to Vermont in the spring of 2016 and have already consulted Laura to sell our home here in Maryland and help us locate an agent in Vermont. Our experience with Laura Byrne as our realtor was extremely good! Laura is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. We were from out of state and needed guidance to find a home that would suit our needs but still be in our price point. We saw many houses with Laura helping us to understand our options. Laura helped us to see our home in North East Baltimore finding the eventual buyer within 90 days. I had wanted to list it myself initially but after the myriad unforeseen issues that seemingly cropped I doubt I would've been able to without her help. It was not a run of the mill sale, but she kept her composure throughout the ordeal and responded issues and forwarded documents even while on vacation. When the appraisal came in far lower than expected she went to bat for us with the appraiser. Thanks to her we ended up getting about what we thought it was reasonably worth from the sale.

Laura's deliberate professionalism was beyond my wildest expectations. I had know for a while that Laura was a real estate agent and had heard great things about her service. So, in April of this year, I asked her for help in listing and selling my house in the neighborhood of Anneslie, in Towson MD. Following her advice on presentation and pricing, the house listed at the the perfect price point and I had a contract within three weeks, and we closed in July 2011. I thought that was remarkable in this current market. Everything went smoothly; no major issues. I was very impressed with her knowledge and service, and would highly recommend her to anyone in the broader Baltimore city/county area looking to buy or sell a house. She knows the business of real estate; she knows the market and what needs to be done to get a house to move in this market.
