We live 400 miles away and yet Laura assured us that wouldnt be a problem. We said we didnt want to do much to the house in terms of preparation and she gently and wisely talked us out of that. She assured us she could take care of every detail, including selling our antiques, getting rid of garage junk, and dealing with plumbing and inspection issues. She understood that we were on a budget and were not giving her free rein to spend, replace, and update.
