After securing a contract and excellent offer not long after listing, ultimately losing that offer (buyer not securing the loan they desired) and months of time, and then transitioning to a more difficult market do to many factors, all momentum was lost. Our home had unique qualities (layout), that made finding the right buyer challenging, as well as being almost 100 years old, but ultimately Laura and her team persevered and found the perfect client and an offer that satisfied both seller and buyer. Working with Laura was a whole new experience. From the initial contact to the sale of the property in just a few weeks, was incredible. Laura is knowledgeable and can solve any difficulty. We had two unique things. First, the house had been the home of a dear relative and she had passed away, and her four siblings (my wife being one) were beneficiaries. She worked through the older brother Chris who informed us almost daily of the progress being made. Laura knows everybody and gets the best prices for any repair work. This house had not been updated in twenty years, and yet with reasonable repairs - roof, siding, etc. it was ready for sale in a few weeks. She informed us almost daily with the relative options. She is easy to work with and 100% honest. She gave us sound advice about what to expect when selling our house, and then she delivered. We had an especially hard situation of trying to sell a house with tenants in it, with one-year remaining on their lease. ZillowVERIFIED Laura is the best realtor you can find in ELP. She was our realtor both when we purchased our home, and also when we sold it. She is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. She constantly communicates and keeps everyone up to speed. When buying our home, she picked us up from the airport and took us to see the houses we planned on seeing and also those that we didn't consider. She worked within our preferences but also helped us understand the area and market. It was one of the houses we didn't plan on seeing that we ended up purchasing. Six years later she helped us sell that home. When selling our home, the first buyer's loan fell through, and while our hearts sank, her confidence and hard work around the clock got our house back on the market and within 48 hours we had another offer. We closed shortly after. Truthfully, our house was probably one of the less expensive houses she closed on that week, but she treated us with class, professionalism, and care making sure that we understood every step of the process, what to expect, and made sure we got the best offer for our house.

Laura was a top notch professional. We were moving from out of state and so she sent us listings on a daily basis to try and get a feel for what we liked. She also gave us her recommendations on where to live based on having kids and for commuting purposes. She was open to all of our questions and took the time to explain the area to us since we were new to the state. She is gutsy, tough, and outgoing, and yet made the experience calm and personable for me. My home building was a 10 month process and she was with me every step of the way, often ahead of me and smoothing things out.
