ZillowVERIFIED Without hyperbole, there truly are not words for how exceptional Laura is as a person, a professional, and as the most outstanding realtor Ive ever worked with. A Likert scale doesnt really do her justice, or saying Id give 10 stars even though there are only 5. She is a star, and a gem and her above and beyond customer service is holistic and multi-faceted, so if you want to have a 10 star experience in every aspect of the home buying process, she is the realtor for you. Her response time is lightning fast, her EQ is so high she is superhuman. Her thoughtfulness, compassion, empathy, and respect for the homebuyer as a unique individual (and stressed individual) are ever present from the first time you meet her through every interaction all of the way to the end of the experience when she celebrates with you and hands you the keys. We had a very unique situation, where text, phone calls, and email were daily (and sometimes throughout the day all day, and night) and there is no other realtor, or friend, that I would have wanted to go through the experience with. I actually had Laura withdraws when everything was over. Laura was the ultimate professional like an Olympian realtor through a very high drama, massively time consuming (her time) process, and never waivered in being exceptional. I will forever be grateful, and indebted to Laura, for her excellence, superior professionalism, respect, TIME, diligence, honesty, forthrightness, humor, and perseverance.
